The link below leads to the inspiring dedication prayer which was given by Bernard McCarthy Johnson, a great grandson of Joel Hills Johnson. All of the photos were provided by Sister Becky Shields, the Young Women's President of the Midvalley 2nd Ward, who also is a descendant of Joel Hills Johnson. The choir and orchestra was made up of youth from the Enoch Stake, Enoch West Stake, and Canyon View Stake. Almost all members of the choir were also descendants of Joel Hills Johnson or Ebenezer Beasley who composed the music to High On the Mountain Top (Joel Johnson's most famous hymn).
Those present at the dedication were filled with reverent awe as the choir performed 4 musical numbers. Many tears could be seen after the choir and orchestra finished their arrangement of High on Mountain Top, which set the tone and spirit for the dedication prayer which followed.
